Depends on what you mean by version control. If you use Project Server, only
one copy of the plan is on the server and it must be "Checked Out" to be
updated. But is does not keep different version of the plan on the server,
so you can't go to a previous verison, unless you make your own back-ups.
This is not a feature with the stand alone MSP 2003, only Project Server.
