Vertical Text Box

BigUps

I just finished the HP online Publisher 2002 course. One of my as well
as others who took the course open issues is how to creat a vertical
text box. This will be especially useful as an accent for newsletters
and some other publications. Putting "Vertical" in the help index
brings me to some Japanese character set which I don't want to load.
Can anyone help to explain to this is done?

Create an ordinary text box and rotate it using the green rotation handle or
the settings on the Size tab of Format | Text Box.

Use a Table or make a long narrow Text Frame and centre the text with a
return after each character.
If you have descending characters in lower case it does not work out well
spacing wise.
