Very annoying - Adjusted Contact form opens with Email and FileAs field blanked after entering new C

Hi

We have a public folder with a contact sub folder. The contact form for this
folder is adjusted (some fields are added and putted on the form). It works
fine until adding a new contact. For the rest of that session when opening
an existing contact the Email and FileAs are blanked (only in the form) - If
saved that way thay are set to blank. Stopping and starting Outlook and the
problem is gone.

Very annoying needing to restart Outlook everytime a contact is added.

Windows XP SP2, Outlook 2003 SP1 and Exchange 2003.
