very dissatisfied

I have just bought office at a costy of $150 . I am
currently on Antigua we live and work on a boat the phone
number for initialisation is in Argentina who do not have
an agreement with Antigua and Barbuda for collect
calling. I feel that having bought and paid for a
product I should be able to use it without all this
aggrevation just to protect microsoft. There is no
option for Antigua in fact anywhere in the Eastern
Caribbean within their 'state which country you are in'
What a disservice to this part of the world! Has anyone
any ideas. They are so protected I cannot get an answer
from them direct

As you appear to have an internet connection why do you not activate it over
the internet? As for state which country you are in just put the nearest.
