VERY URGENT - NEED HELP PLEASE

Hello everybody,

I'm using outlook XP... and unforunately, I experience
one BIG problem.

When I use the Send/Submit button to retrieve from my
Jana Mail server the waiting messages, Outlook start the
process and hung before it ends.
I have no choice but to kill the application.
When I launch it another time, received message are not
stored and I can't read new mails.

What can I do to fix this problem ?

If you have any solution, it will be great to explain me
how to correct the situation, because I have no more mail
access and I absolutely need them to work.

See if the problem still occurs when you have your virusscanner/firewall
disabled. If not; update or reconfigure those applications.

start outlook in safe mode fomr command
prompt..............switch is outlook /safe, this starts
outlook wthout any 3rd party add ons like hotbar,anti-
virus etc.If problem still occurs then issue is related to
client or your server, if it doesnt then you know some 3rd
party software is causing this,
