VHS (PAL-M) to DVD

I have some VHS that I buy in brazil. Brazil have one unique format, PAL-M,
that Pinnacle Studio 9/Pinnacle Instant DVD recorder/Windows Media
Encoder/Inter Video MSIPVS do not support. The better I can do is to see in
black and white. The program AM Capture (AMCAP) show the color image ibut
don´t give the sound and can´t record.
The other format´s I can record using the Pinnacle Studio 9, whith a
USB2/Scart that I buy whith Pinnache program.
