i have been trying to add a short video from my digital camera to a
PowerPoint photo album but i can't get the thing to show the video only the
sound. it seems i need something called vids:mjpg but finding one on the web
is discouraging for someone not that up to date with downloads. does
Microsoft supply this needed file as it video will not play through Media
Player either.

Tip from TAJ (see the bottom of
http://www.powerpointbackgrounds.com/powerpointtips.htm ) -- rename the AVI
to MPG and see if that works.
