view additional mailboxes offline in outlook

Using Outlook 2003 - We have stup a user to be able to
share a mailbox, with another account. When the account is
online then the user can see the mailbox and it's
contents. When the user is offline they can see the
mailbox, but if they click onn it they get an error
message saying that the server is unavailable. The shared
mailbox is setup for caching. Is there a way to see this
mailbox offline?
