View address by first or last name?

How do I set the view in address bock to sort by first or last name?
Also what will company contacts fall under in either view?

I can never seem to see an organized list sorted alphabetically.

You can sort a column by clicking on it (click again to reverse sort). You
can add or remove columns by control-clicking the headings. Entourage 2008
added a column that contains Full Name in First-Last order.
