Does anyone know of a way in Entourage 2004 to view all the tasks from
all of your projects together for a certain day? It looks like you can
click on each project and see the tasks for that particular project,
but I can't find a way to look at ALL the tasks for ALL the projects.
Any help would be appreciated!
Do an Advanced Search or Custom View. Unfortunately, the kooky way those are
set up means you have to do some date arithmetic to figure out how many days
ahead you want.
Frankly I think it would be simpler just to go to your Tasks List and sort
by date. All you Project tasks are also in the main Tasks List. Sorting by
date which show you all your tasks for any day you want - just look for the
correct date. They won't be sub-sorted by project, though. If you want that
too, you';; need a custom view/advanced find. Let's say you want just the
tasks for tomorrow:
Item Types: ˆTasks [only]
Criteria: (match if ALL criteria are met)
Due date is < 1 > days from now
[Is incomplete] -- if you want
Go there, and click on the Projects column header to sort by project.
