View all recipients in a large email distribution list

How do I view ALL of the recipients of both an e-mail I send and and an e-mail I receive? As it stands now, whenever I receive an e-mail sent to a large number of recipients, the list gets truncated, and at the end of the list is a "...", which when you mouseover it says something like "and 26 others." On the outgoing message side, the window next to the "To:" lists a few recipients and then ends with the same message. How do I change the sizes of the respective panes so that ALL the recipients become visible?

If you open the message (e.g., by double-clicking it) and select Internet
Headers from the View menu, the entire list will display in the header pane.
You can control the size of the header pane by dragging on the bottom of it.
