You can't. They are not included in the message received by the smtp
protocol. (bcc recipients in your local domain _may_ be included in the smtp
envelope, but that is stripped out by every mail server I know of)

You do realize that "bcc" means "blind copy". The whole point of someone
sending messages to bcc recipients is so that other recipients can't see the
addresses. So of course it's not possible. The BCC recipients aren't in the
headers or anywhere else in the message. As intended.
