View IE attachments in Outlook

Hello All

I would be glad if you could please tell me the tweak to
resolve the following problem.

One of my customers receive's HTML pages as Outlook 97
attachment. They use to open up earlier in IE, but since I
formated the machine, the user is not able to open IE
attachments.

I even tried saving it to the machine and then opening,
that too didnt help.
