View Local Entourage and Exchange Calendars Simultaneously?

I¹ve recently signed up for an Exchange account with mail2web.com. I¹m
looking for a way to share information between my Mac and my PC.

I¹m using the Exchange server for a particular business, whilst also
managing my other business and my personal events locally on my Mac in
Entourage (I don¹t want my colleagues in the first business mentioned to
view the latter events).

However, I must click back and forth between the Exchange calendar and the
Entourage calendar to see all of my events. Is there any way to view all of
my events from both sources at the same time?

Hi Andrew!

This is possible but not in a calendar-style view. It requires that you
use a Custom View, which will only give you a list.

You can create a view with a location of "All Calendars" and then
further filter the results by specifying specific dates (I like "date
less than 21 days"). If necessary, right-click in the column headers
area and show additional columns such as "Folder" to see which calendar
an event belongs to, etc.

If you have colleagues who can view your Exchange calendar you can also
mark your second business' items as Private, letting only you see those
events.
