View Outlook Contacts by 'category'.

Suddenly, I am unable to view my contacts by category. This function seems to
have been disabled. At the same time, I can no longer move items in my mail
box to folders. What can I do?

State Outlook version, how you are trying to view by category, what happens
when you try, why you cannot move items, what happens when you try, and the
steps that were used to create your problem. "Suddenly, for no reason..." is
never the case. You must have at least some information. You've provided us
none that we could work with to troubleshoot.
