View Shared Calendars on our Exchange Server

For some reason, I am unable to open certain employee calendars off our
Exchange Server. We have 5 employees in question that need to view
calendars for. I am able to view 4 out of 5 of them.

Here¹s what I¹ve tried so far with no success:
1. entering the full URL to the individual¹s calendar on our server (and
tested in OWA to be sure that I have access to that person¹s calendar) and
it still won¹t open.
2. Using the File‹Open Other User¹s Folder menu (I used this method to open
the other calendars that I can view)
3. Adding the persons to my Delegates list
* after trying this, I notice that the connection to that person¹s account is
listed below my Public Folders list, but the drop down menu for their Calendar
never appears. So I know that Entourage is connecting to that person¹s
account, but it just won¹t take the next step and open their Calendar folder.

I am at a complete loss. Is there anything I can ask my IT Support (they
don¹t know macs well at all.) to look at on these employee¹s exchange
accounts to figure out why Entourage is being selective about which accounts
it¹ll let me view?

My boss also has this problem, but is unable to view 3 out of 5 employee
calendars.
The persons that she is unable to view, I can actually view them in my
Entourage. But when I copy the settings for those people on her Entourage,
it still doesn¹t work.

Apologies if this is confusing, I am completely frustrated and am losing my
sanity over this.

Thanks in advance for any advice you might have.

I figured it out!! If anyone is interested in the solution, here it is:

Basically, the format under the person¹s server address within the Delegates
tab was not the same as the OWA. I thought the format was the following;

http://mail.ourserver.com/exchange/[email protected]/Calendar

It turns out that you don¹t need ³/Calendar² at the end. Who knew?
Unfortunately our server admins didn¹t.

It took a bit of trial and error, but it finally worked.

Glad you found your answer and thank you for posting it back here.
Although no one may directly respond to your message it does get saved
"forever" by Google and other forum portals and someday someone will
probably search and find your answer.

Hmmmm, that's exactly how I view calendars in OWA, but I've never been
able to persuade Entourage to display them using the same URL. It always
tells me that it "The user's folder could not be found."

Yes, that's the error message I get.

And I cannot access their calendars from the method suggested which kind of
leaves me stuck.

Strangely if I am checking availability Entourage CAN see the busy time in
the peoples calendars so WHY won't it let me open them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
