Viewing a Powerpoint Slide show

Can a Powerpoint CD be viewed on a TV equipped with a CD player? I'm using
2003.

No, PPT is not a video file and the applications out there to convert them
leave much to be desired. However if you do a Google search on
"powerpoint2DVD" you will get a number of hits where can download demos to
see if they meet your needs.
