Hello,

I am using the 2008 Student Version of Entourage and when I get an E-Mail that was sent to several people I am unable to see the complete list of who it was sent. I can only see like the first two lines of addresses. I feel like their is some simple button that I push to view all of them but I am sad to say I can't seem to find it or any reference as how one fixes this in the help menus. Any idea's?

Are you trying to see the Bcc? That is not possible.

Usually, clicking on the line and holding down the cursor gets you the
option to view all.

Thank You Diane for your reply, it still doesn't work I can high lite the address I can see and even add them to my address book...However there are three periods after the first four lines of recipients that when I hover over them says 49 more recipients, yet neither clicking, clicking twice, scrolling the mouse or pressing the down arrows does any good.

Try this script: Email Searcher 1.3
This script finds all email addresses in the header or the body of selected
Entourage or Outlook Express messages. The script can then create links
between contacts that are in your address book, or you can make a new
contact.

Could you forward as attachment one of these messages if the above does not
help?
