I use office 2000 SE and am having several problems with
attachments. When I attempt to click onto them I get
a 'locked rule' around the attachment that prohibits me
from opening it. I always need to save it to my desktop
where this same thing happens.
I have also noticed that every unrecognized file I receive
tries to open with Photot editor.

Last but not least (and I am not sure that all these
problems are relate or een stem from Outlook but...)
I have noticed that when I rename a file on my desktop,
the name changes, but the icon picture does not change to
display the newly named file (ie xls, doc, jpeg etc.)
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
