Viewing calendars in public folders?

How can I view shared folders inside Entourage?
I have staff that needs to share and view their calendars.

In Entourage 2004, the user can use the new delegation features to see other
calendars, but cannot take advantage of shared calendars present in public
folders.  However, Microsoft has announced that a new update with new
Exchange features will be released in the second half of 2005.
