Viewing HTML emails

Dear All,

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor:
intel
Appreciated all efforts for helping people using their applications. I
have moved to MAC from windows Vista businss. most of my work is
around email clients. I am using now Entourage for the first time, not
much facing problems but my only question is that when I recieve HTML
emails it is not been viewed with the same format it was sent with.

Seems tha my new email client is restricting the extra HTML tags so I
cannot view the email the way it looks originally... Is there any
Entourage feature that I have to enable so I can view received email
the way it was already sent?.. Many of my emails sent carries HTML
format because of the nature of work I do have, but receiving HTML
emails and viewing been a bit of a hassle?...

Entourage's display of HTML is based on the same engine that powers Safari.
You should be able to see most messages as they were sent.

Can you be more specific about what you're seeing?

How do you know what font was originally used? If that font is not installed
on your computer, Entourage will have to substitute a font as a replacement.

Is your problem more with font choice or does it also include size changes?

Can you forward as attachment an example? Also include screen shots if that
would help along with the answers to these questions.

("Forward as Attachment" under Message in the Menu bar)

1. Do you see this with every message with every email correspondent?
2. Do you know what email client your correspondent uses?
3. What font (name and size) do you typically use?
4. Does it occur when you reply, when they reply, or both?
