Viewing HTML in Entourage and Apple mail.app

I get several newsletters by email that come nicely formatted in Apple's
mail.app in html. I'm using Entourage 2004 now (11.2.1) on a Mac running OS
X 10.4.2.

If I receive these newsletters in Entourage, they're just text. I DO have
the Display Complex HTML in Messages checked in Entourage preferences.

The really odd thing (to me, anyway) is that I forward one of these
newsletters from mail.app to myself and then download it with Entourage, it
displays correctly. If I get it directly from the server it's just text
(with links, of course).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
