I'm creating a presentation that will be packaged to CD. The viewing options
are either full screen or in a browser window. Is there a 3rd option? That
is, could one view a presentation in "full screen" mode, but where the
presentation occupies less than the full PC screen? This is akin to, for
example, an EXE created in VB.Net where the size of the application window
can be determined at design time.
