Viewing Pictures on a form

I have an image control and a textbox that holds the location of the image on
a form. Everything works great for the majority of the users except for a
select few that get an error message after the page is refreshed.

Does anyone know of a way to supproess this message:

method 'picture' of object'_Image' Failed

Put in place a standard error handler and trap the error number that is being
raised.
