viewing public folders

We have a user with Entourage 2004 11.2.3 connecting to Exchange 2003.
When he expands public folders and then all public folders, nothing
shows up. It's like there are no contents. Any idea how to get them
to show up? Everyone using Outlook has no problem viewing them.

Is everything setup properly?? Is the free/buysy server setup properly
(usually something like http://my.exhangeserver.com/public/ )

Here's the deal.There are known problems with Entourage and the
drag-and-drop feature in outlook. We had the same problem here and as
soon as I had everyone POST a message and add an enclosure (like a Word
doc or pdf file), Entourage users could see everything in the public
folders just fine. Anything in public folders that was not a POST and
just a dragged document wouldn't show up. You have to change the users'
method of posting to the public folders, but it's not a big deal once
they get used to it.
