Viewing Shared Calendars on Exchange Server

I am having a tough time viewing shared calendars off our exchange server.
Everyone that I need to view uses Outlook. I'm the only one using Entourage.

I'm able to view one person's (Bob) calendar only. I've tried copying the
exact calendar address to view Sally's calendar, but that doesn't seem to be
working. I am able to view the calendar in a browser, however. The address
for the exchange server is:

http://name.domain.com/exchange/bob.smith/Calendar

I've asked my IT manager if this is the right location and he confirmed that
it is.

When I try opening Sally's calendar, I get the error that 'Entourage cannot
find a mailbox for that user'. I've tried having her unshare and reshare
her calendar with me, but that doesn't seem to work.

I've also tried adding her as a Delegate in the Edit Accounts menu for this
exchange account but that's not working either. Is there anything else I
can ask my IT manager about the exchange server itself?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

That looks correct. Its the same as using outlook web access. Try to
use your web browser and that command and you should get a password
prompt. Use your own userid and password. You will need correct
delegate rights setup from the Outlook Edit menu.

This CalendarShare product might help you as well. I saw a demo a
while ago but it goes on the Exchange Server -- www.messageware.com.
