Viewing Shared Outlook Calendars over an Exchange Network with Entourage

My subject is actually my problem -- I use Entourage 2004 but work in a
predominantly IBM environment which has just moved from Groupwise to
Outlook/Exchange Server for its email.

Now all of the department heads are sharing their calendars with each
other, but I can't view their Calendars, despite the fact that they
have added me to their shared lists.

How does one share a personal calendar with Outlook users via Exchange?
There seems to be no documentation on this.

As far as I remember, you need to set up people as delegates for you
calendar using Outlook. Is that what you need? You can try the Outlook
help for this on a PC.
You won't be able to set this up from ENtourage if you want to do the
same and let them access your calendar.

Thanks Corentin - but that's not the issue...other people HAVE set me
as delegates for their calendars using Outlook - and our network
administrator automatically set it so they can see my calendar as well.
So they can see my info...but I can't see theirs.

I don't seem to have any way of accessing their calendars in Entourage.
In Outlook on the IBM side, there's a "View Shared Calendars" link in
the left hand navigation of the personal calendar screen. This does not
seem to exist in Entourage...

Sorry, I didn't quite understand your question,

Did you add their accounts in the Delegate pane of the Exchange setting
for your account ??? That's where you are supposed to specify who you
are delegate for (though I never tested it myself since I'm a delegate
for no one here),
