visCtrlTypeSPLITBUTTON in Toolbar

Hi
can someone tell me that how i used visCtrlTypeSPLITBUTTON_MRU_COMMAND
to create toolar button like a pointer tool in Standard toolbar.

if anybody know please give me a sample to do that.
Please its urgent .
