This is rich. Any help appreciated...
I'm trying to install an upgrade version of Visio 2000, and it says it needs
a serial # from a previous version of a Viso product. I have viso v4, which
apparently doesn't have a serial number. Read somewhere else that you
contact MS with this information, and they apparently give you a "skeleton
key" so to speak, a serial # that will allow the install. So I contact MS,
and got a reply in a very cheerful, helpful tone that says they no longer
support Visio 2000.
Anybody have any ideas for me?
