Visio Org Chart from MS Access

I am trying to create a Visio org chart from an MS Access VBA onClick event.
I have read the article on Microsoft, but it is limited to reading from a
command line, which I have no idea now to code.

Has anyone developed this procedure to generate from MS Access vba? If so,
I could sure use some help with this one.

Sorry, J Kallay, but I'm actually working with this person to assist her with
this project. What she has only opens Visio and the wizard. Actually, I
want to build the chart without launching the wizard, or at least it is
transparent to the user.
