visio pro 2003 install from feb technet cd

I cannot get past the product key page, although I've used the live chat from
MS to ensure I was using the correct product key shipped with my Technet
subscription disks?

I am wondering if there is a conflict with some other Office software? I am
running a licensed version of Office Pro 2003.

Depends. Are you getting an "Invalid product key" message or setup just
simply hangs after entering the key? In the first case, TechNet support may
be able to help you. Are you sure are using the correct product key (using

Yes, I am absolutely sure I'm using the correct key (well, at least the one
shipped with Technet!) - I've carefully rekeyed several times. No, setup
does not hang - I get an "Invalid product key" message.
