Visio web page and anchor linking to A word doc section

When saving a Visio as a web page how can I get links with anchors to bring
up a Word doc (to an anchored location in the Word doc)?

Mark the location as a bookmark, then set the HTML link as
http://domainName/myWordDoc.doc#bookmark

seems to be an issue in I.E. 8 (maybe 7).
