Visio wont start after installation - Help

I just installed Visio 2002 on my computer and when I try
to start the program I get this message:

Does anyone know what is going on? I tried reinstalling
it and it still wouldn't run. Any ideas or suggestions
would be deeply appreciated.

Assuming you're running Windows 98, it sounds like you're having the problem
mentioned in this article:

patch in the article to fix the problem.
