I have recentley began getting this error message when i try to open a link
in outlook: This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect
on this computer. Please contact your system administrator. Never had the
problem before using outlook nearly 2 years.
I have tried all the recommendations i could locate on line, including
resetting IE as the default, i have un installed updates, just do not know 1.
what caused this to start and 2 how to correct the problem. can anyone help?
