Visual C++ error in Outlook

Everytime I start Outlook i get an error which says:

Microsoft Visuall C++ Debug Library
Debug Error
Program: C:\PROGRA~1|MICROS~2\Office10\OUTLOOK.EXE
abnormal program termination
(Press retry to debug the application)

I can then click Abort, Retry, or Ignore. All optins cause Outlook to crash.
When I go back in, everything works fine its just the first time I use it. I
am running on an XP machine and my wife's account works fine when she logs
in unless I have logged in before her and gotten the message in which case
hers behaves the same way. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
