VLook Up Assistance

Hello
I am trying to cross-reference a zip code on one sheet to
a person responsible on another. If I enter a cell
reference =VLOOKUP(H2,'SAE Territories'!$2:J$510,8,FALSE)
I get an error #N/A...however, when I change H2 to the
specific zip code it returns the correct value. What am I
missing

Hi
looks like you have a problem with formats. just try
=VLOOKUP(--H2,'SAE Territories'!$2:J$510,8,FALSE)
does this work?
