Vlookup and Countif

the formulas are

CELL B20... *COUNTIF(Revised_Ref,A20)* returns 1

CELL C20... *=IF(B20=0,0,VLOOKUP($A20,CLAIMS2003,2,0)) * returns #N/A

Where Revised_Ref was a row label created name on another workshee
from A7 to A1206 and Claims2003 is a range on the same workshee
covering A6:K120
