vlookup for column contain total amount

I want to use vlookup to lookup only the summary total, i.e.
Product Qty
A 2
: 3
: 5
A Total 10
B 1
: 2
: 3
B Total 6
I use Vlookup to lookup by product and retrieve only yhe product total's
column.
Is any one can help?

Why not just make sure that "A Total" and "B Total" are in your lookup's
first column, adjacent to the total cell.
Then use:
=VLOOKUP("A Total",A1:B100,2,0)

Or, place "A Total" in your lookup cell, say C1:
=VLOOKUP(C1,A1:B100,2,0)
