vlookup formula

=IF(E13="","","Group "&INDEX(SUMMIT!B19:B61,MATCH
(E13,SUMMIT!C19:C61,0),IF(MATRIX!A10:A34,MATCH(E13,MATRIX!
B10:B34,0))))

can someone please tell me if this formula is correct..
the formula was working and i added the " if/matrix " and
im getting an "#n/a" error....ive got 6 nested functions
presently...
