VLOOKUP in a macro to...

I'd like to make a macro which will cut and paste an exact replicant o
the target of a VLOOKUP

You're going to have to explain what you mean by 'the target of a
VLOOKUP'.....and what you mean by 'exact replicant.'

Use examples for clarity.

Sorry I don't quite have all the lingo. What I want to do, is Vlooku
return the cell it's directed to with the same internal cel
formatting. There are some bold print words and some will b
itallicised.

I've added what I have done thus far

I'm sorry if I'm still not being clear. What I want is a macro to do
VLOOKUP based on the cells at top. Find the cell the VLOOKUP refers i
to, then Copy and Paste Special the found cell into a target cell
