Vlookup only returns the first match in the list, not
sure on a work around on this, maybe you also need to
have a summary of codes that exist more that once in the
data range, and these are the exception. Another why is
to make the entry unqiue by sum other means and lookup
by the unquie reference.
Maybe some of the MPV's can help, I'm still learning.
