Using outlook 2003, sometimes the voting responses are not added to the
tracking tab until the reply email is opened. This last one tracked the first
2 responses but then after that it did not track any on receipt only upon
opening the email. The original email was not removed from sent items and
email was set to be processed on receipt. What could cause this?
