Voting Buttons for Mac

We have a mixed platform at work. I can send e-mail that
contains voting buttons, but Mac users running the latest
Outlook cannot see the buttons...only PC users.

Any ideas

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
