The Keyboard Shortcut list in the Entourage Help file is way too bulky
(too many lines before and after) for convenient printing and usage. I
tried copying and pasting the text to an Excel file, but I can't seem
to copy all the text at once--only a screenful at a time, which is too
tedious. Is there a complete Entourage Keyboard Shortcut list available
anywhere (on the Web?) that is compact and/or can be recopied, pasted
and formatted in Word or Excel? Thanks.
Microsoft Entourage keyboard shortcuts
You can quickly accomplish tasks you perform frequently by using
shortcut keys — one or more keys you press on the keyboard to complete a
task. For example, pressing Command+F opens the Find dialog box, just as
clicking Find on the Edit menu opens the Find dialog box. Note Settings
in some versions of the Macintosh operating system and some utility
programs might conflict with keyboard shortcuts and function key
operations in Microsoft Office. See Help for your version of the
Macintosh operating system or your utility program for information about
changing their keyboard shortcuts and function key settings.
