Want to use a variable cell as reference to jump into a different

I have a cell which is combining text from seperate lists to build a text
cell with the same name as a seperate worksheet within my workbook. I want to
use the cell text to jump into the matching worksheet?
I have tried hyperlink with no joy.
I thought I could do it in VB but I do not know how to reference the cell
text as the name of my target worksheet?
