Warning message when creating a message in Outloo

Hi,

Lately, I've been getting a warning message,

A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have
stored in Outlook, Do you want to allow this?

I'm in Outlook, just trying to create a new message, or
picking the New Message option from within the Contacts
list.

Why is Outlook asking me to verify use of the address
book, if I'm already in Outlook? I appreciate the feature
in the case of virusus and such, but not when I'm in the
product. Can this be modified?
