Watch Folder Notification

Hello all,

I was wondering whether anyone could help me. I was interested in using the
project centre in Entourage 2004. I have created my projects with their
associated watch folders. I can view the files in them but I was hoping to
be able to set up some kind of notification so that when a new file is added
to the folder it notifies me in some way? I have quite a few projects live
at any one point in time and so I don¹t always notice when new additions
have been made. Is there a solution to this?

Create a rule: If project is <name> then Display Notification

Thanks for that, I have played around with it, but I couldn¹t get it too
work.

Oh well, I guess I¹ll just have to keep my eyes open instead!
