I'm afraid there is no direct method in Project of applying a watermark.
However, there are a few work arounds that have been suggested in the
past which may suit your needs:
Print the watermark through a program such as Word and then use the
printed watermark page to print the Gantt.
Place comments such as "Draft" in the footer within Project
Use a PDF maker program which has watermark capabilities.
A google groups search for the text "watermark" on this newsgroup will
undoubtedly turn up additional suggestions as well.
