I am involved in a project using electronic forms.
I started by scanning the existing form and apart from the fact that it is
blue, was not happy with the definition, so redrew it in Word and imported
the various logos. When I tried using a watermark to put the form in the
background rather than having a document with the form in the background, I
had to generate a graphic, and the definition has gone to pot.
Any suggestions please?
