You'll either need to put section breaks in your document around the page
that you want the watermark to be, or put the watermark in the text on the
pages you want.
If you insert the picture with the text, you'll need to change the wrap
(right click on the graphic and choose "Format Picture" so that it appears
"behind text" and then in the "Picture" tab, there's a drop-down box that
says "Color". Change that to "Watermark".
